## 1. Abstract

CRYLO is a BEP20 utility token on BNB Smart Chain that powers a decentralised lottery protocol. Holders can mint NFT lottery tickets, enter weekly prize draws, and earn from a prize pool funded by token transaction fees. The system combines a deflationary fee token with on-chain provably fair draws — no central operator controls the outcome.

  - 1.0% — Development

On every AMM trade the contract accrues fees in CRYLO, swaps to BNB, and distributes:

## 3. Lottery Mechanics

### Entry Requirement
Participants must hold a minimum of **$10 USD worth of CRYLO** in their wallet to be eligible to purchase tickets.

### Ticket Purchase
- Each ticket costs approximately **$2 USD paid in CRYLO** tokens
- Participants pick **5 numbers from 1–49** per ticket
- Each ticket is minted as an **ERC-721 NFT** on BSC via the ticket contract
- Up to 20 tickets can be purchased per transaction

### Draw Schedule
- Draws occur every **Saturday at 8 PM UTC**
- Winning numbers are selected using a **provably fair on-chain algorithm** (Chainlink VRF)
- Results are published on-chain and verifiable by anyone

### Prize Structure

Prizes are distributed directly to winners' wallets within 24 hours of the draw. No manual claiming required.

### Prize Pool Sources
1. **Transaction fees** — 2% of every CRYLO buy/sell automatically routes to the prize wallet
2. **Ticket sales** — CRYLO spent on tickets is partially directed to the prize pool

## 4. Revenue Flywheel

The protocol has two revenue mechanisms that reinforce each other:

1. **Fee-on-transfer** — passive accumulation from trading activity on PancakeSwap
2. **Ticket sales** — active participation revenue from lottery entrants

More trading → bigger prizes → more players → more trading.

## 5. DeFi & GameFi

- **DeFi:** CRYLO participates in AMM liquidity and can be integrated in staking, farming, or partner dApps
- **Lottery:** NFT tickets are on-chain assets — tradeable, verifiable, permanent record of participation
- **GameFi:** CRYLO can be used as an in-game reward or payment asset through future partner titles

## 6. Governance & Admin

- Owner can adjust: fee exemptions, AMM pairs, swap thresholds, team wallets
- Rescue functions cannot rescue CRYLO itself (prevents recovery exploit)
- No proxy/upgradability on the token contract

## 7. Security & Risks

- Token built on OpenZeppelin ERC-20 with swapback/LP logic
- Smart contracts carry inherent risk; independent audit recommended before significant capital deployment
- Lottery draws use Chainlink VRF for verifiable randomness
- No promises of profit; CRYLO is a utility/community token
- Participation may be restricted by local laws and regulations
